The celebrations of Vishwa Seva Dinam – Amma’s Birthday, September 26 & 27, 2026, brought together the HuT Labs family in a beautiful spirit of seva, teamwork, innovation, and togetherness. 🙏

From the early hours of preparation to the final moments of the exhibition, every corner of the stall reflected the dedication and enthusiasm of our team. 🤖✨

The ACORD Symposium 2026 was successfully held on Wednesday, 9 September 2026, at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Campus — jointly organised by the Amrita Coconut Research and Development (ACORD) Center, the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Amrita School of Engineering, and the IEEE Student Branch, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Campus. 🎓

📌 Theme: "From Soil to Systems: Reimagining Agriculture through Robotics and Intelligence"

The symposium featured an insightful address by our Chief Guest, Dr. K. Surendra Gopal, Dean & Professor, Department of Agricultural Microbiology, Kerala Agricultural University, Thrissur, along with enlightening keynote sessions by eminent experts: 🌱🤖

🏆 Amrita Students Make Their Mark at IDC Robocon 2026 in Japan! 🇯🇵🤖

A proud moment for Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham as students from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Amritapuri Campus, emerged among the top winners at the 36th IDC Robocon 2026, held at the Institute of Science Tokyo, Japan.

🥇 First Prize – Karthik K., Final Year ECE, and team
🥈 Second Prize – Prasanna Hariveeresh J. R., Third Year ECE (EAC), and team
🏅 Best Design Prize – Koshy Prashanth, Final Year ECE, and team

The two-week international robotics challenge brought together students from 10 leading universities across 7 countries, including MIT, Seoul National University, Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Zhejiang University.

A total of eight students from Amrita School of Engineering participated in this prestigious competition under the mentorship of Prof. Rajesh Kannan Megalingam.

🌸 Onam at HuT Labs was a beautiful celebration of togetherness, joy, and Kerala’s rich cultural spirit! 🌸

Our HuT Labs family came together to celebrate the vibrant spirit of Onam 2026 with enthusiasm, laughter, and wonderful moments of bonding. 🌾💛

💃 Cultural Performances:
Our talented staff members added colour to the celebrations with a lively and energetic dance performance, making the occasion even more memorable. 🎶💃

🌼 Pookalam Making:
The spirit of teamwork came alive as everyone enthusiastically participated in creating a beautiful Pookalam, filling the space with vibrant colours and the traditional charm of Onam. 🌸🌺🌼

🎯 Fun & Team Games:
The celebrations continued with exciting group games and fun activities, bringing everyone together and creating plenty of laughter, friendly competition, and unforgettable memories. 🤗🎉
