HuT Labs successfully conducted a two-day hands-on workshop on the Robot Operating System 2 (ROS2), empowering students to explore robotics software development, simulation, and visualization.
Under the guidance of Dr. Rajesh Kannan Megalingam (Director, HuT Labs) and Dr. S. Bhagavathi Perumal (Principal, Nagercoil Campus), the workshop offered participants a strong foundation in robotics frameworks and practical exposure to simulation environments such as Gazebo and Rviz2.

The IEEE Student Robotic Competition at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri brought together 10 teams and 32 brilliant student innovators from multiple campuses and institutions.
From autonomous hexapods to intelligent control systems โ the robots showcased were packed with creativity, engineering skill, and real-world problem-solving spirit ๐ค๐ก
The energy on stage was electric โ live demos, technical challenges, teamwork, and precision engineering all coming together in one exciting event!
