And then came her announcement for the bake off....Was in cloud nine when I got selected..... I had done a few bake along sessions..... But this was quite different...
Great ton of information from choice of ingredients to troubleshooting every mistep along the way, every participant was helpful to each other with Knowledge sharing . .....Every day passed with lots of learning and unlearning....
Robust of flavours filled the house while baking (Not to mention a whole day in the kitchen right from preprep, baking and cooling) ....waiting for the month to pass along to cut and devour the taste.....
