As part of the Utkarsh Bangla initiative, our learners of the Jr. RACW Mechanic course of Brainware Skills stepped into the professional world through an enriching industry visit to Tata Croma. The visit provided the learners of the Jr. RACW Mechanic course with firsthand exposure to real-world air conditioning and refrigeration systems, appliance handling, maintenance practices, troubleshooting techniques, customer interaction, and workplace coordination in a professional industry environment.
This initiative reflects the commitment of Brainware Skills to creating industry-ready professionals by blending classroom knowledge with practical learning experiences. Industry Visit Programme | Learning Beyond the Classroom

Students of Retail Operations and Customer Service Assistant from the Ballygunge Centre of Brainware Skills, under the Utkarsh Bangla Project, participated in an insightful industry visit to Spencer’s Store at Acropolis Mall.

The visit provided students with practical exposure to real-time retail operations, including product display, customer handling, billing processes, and store management. Engaging with store professionals helped learners understand workplace expectations, teamwork, and the importance of delivering excellent customer service.
