The joint paper is titled, “Growth, Structure and Competitiveness of Agriculture and Allied Product Exports of India during Post-WTO Period” published one Indian Journal of Regional Science Vol. 51 No.1, 2019.

This award will be given to the awardees in the 51st Annual Conference of Regional Science Association, India to be held from 13-15 February, 2020 at Amity University, New Town, Kolkata.

Regional Science Association India is organising its Autumn School this time on ‘Big Data and Methods in Regional Science’. This is to promote young talents pan India and we have 32 participants from different background of economics, geography, statistics, planning and architecture, sociology, anthropology and urban development sectors. International delegates from Netherlands, Portugal, Morocco are addressing the workshop.

We at the Regional Science Association of India are collaboration with Tata Institute of Social Sciences(TISS), Deonar, Mumbai, which is supported by the Nurturing Young Talent Programme of the Regional Science Association International Academy.

The Autumn workshop started with full house on 21 October 2019 and will continue till 25 October, 2019.

A 6 day national workshop on Rural Development titled, 'Changing Paradigms and Evolving Approaches' is being organised by Regional Science Association, India & Department of Geography, University of Calcutta, Kolkata as a mark the celebration of 50 years of RSAi.
