Without any doubt,Christmas is the favourite festival of every child as Christmas is the most vibrant of all festivals.In Kolkata Christmas spirit can be seen all over the city. It is enjoyed more here because this is the only time of the year, when the weather is pleasant.In our Clifford house also we always celebrate Christmas with lots of enthusiasm. The children are asked to dress up as the different characters of Christmas, and the, teachers prepare them to enact their roles
We even keep a specific colour dress code for the Teachers and children come dressed in their western party clothes.Santa Claus very kindly gives gifts to all the children . We have a party for children hosted by the school.
It also happens to be the last working day of the year for us ❤️and after a short spell of holidays, we open in the month of January. some pictures of our celebration this year❤️💕

For us,the people of Bengal, Durga pooja is not just a festival,It's a way of life,atleast for a fortnight ,It's the most joyous time of the year .Everyone in Bengal, irrespective of the caste or community starts living and breathing Durga pooja.We in Clifford house ,
celebrate the festival with full enthusiasm. Durga pooja is like our annual day❤️The teachers take up the Herculean task of moulding and making such small kids practice and prepare for the Durga puja celebration. Along with the parents,teachers decide the costumes, decoration, and choreograph the whole show🙂Since Clifford house is like a family unit for parents and teachers, they all practice together to make the whole programme a great success. Happy Hindi Diwas to all of us❤️Hindi is not just a language, it's our cultural identity, a way of life and a source of pride to all the Indians😍On 14th September hindi was adopted as India's official language.To celebrate this day,we requested the parents to teach any poem/shlok or bhajan in hindi to their kids.Some glimpses of the day .....

Just as we begin a New Year in Clifford house ,I am going through lots of emotions recalling the years gone by❤️and Specially year 2023🙂
Feel very fortunate today,
my heart is filled with gratitude for all those who have been a part of our journey all these years 🙏🏻 2023 was the most wonderful year as far as our results are concerned.Almost all the children appearing in top schools of kolkata got admissions in schools of their parent's choice🙏🏻👍🏻be other deals. The children got through in St Xaviers, La Martinier,Modern high school , Our lady Queen of the mission, Loreto house, Bharti Vidya bhavan, Don Bosco Park circus and all such schools. In fact, almost all the children appearing in these schools got admissions . We also included a number of new activities in 2023 in our curriculum, which went a long way in promoting confidence and independence in our children. These activities also made them more articulate . Our result showed that we are aiming for greater and greater heights❤️So many emotions to express but I will just say Thank you every one 🙏🏻Continue supporting us and give us all your good wishes🙏🏻Some pictures of the year❤️

What better way to start your day than to get the good news of different children getting selected in the top schools of Kolkata. The feeling is so great that it always feels like a mission accomplished or a task well done❤️👍🏻 No matter what we say or we do, at the end of the day our biggest source of relief and parent's biggest source of happiness and peace comes when their children get admission in the most preferred school of their choice. This year our results have surpassed the results of almost all the years with three out of 5 children getting selected in St xaviers,Modern high, a few in Loreto house, and plenty of children in our lady Queen of the mission, Bharati Vidya bhavan, SD Birla, MB girls, Auxilium convent ,Birla high,DPS Megacity and DPS Newtown and all such renowned schools.Our heartfelt good wishes and heartiest congratulations to all the parents ( as this year also all the kids have got admission in one or the other top school of Kolkata❤️ Some glimpses of our last week's activities

It is rightly said when the words fail, the music speaks♥The ongoing week was celebrated as Music week and today we celebrated the music, by introducing different musical instruments to the children.Our ever so versatile teachers played different instruments in front of the children and made them learn the names of these instruments and differentiate between the sounds of each instrument 🎸🎷.Needlesd to say, children had a fantastic time and they took turns to play these instruments.Also we had Mike day for children.For Mike day children are asked to perform anything, be it a song/rhyme or even shloka in front of the whole school.The idea is to encourage them to have confidence of performing in public. ♥️

Clifford house reopening on 10th June and regular classes start from 12th June
