Thyroid can be easily managed with Healthy Diet, Workout and simple Lifestyle Changes.

🌿 THYROID DIET TIPS : FOODS TO EAT, FOODS TO AVOID
• Any form of exercise is strongly recommended for a thyroid patient as it improves metabolism.
• Take a balanced diet and eat after every 2-3 hours.
• Say no to deep fried foods, junk food and refined sugar.
• No packed foods or so called diet foods.
• Include dark green leafy and seasonal vegetables in your diet.
• Have antioxidants rich foods daily.
• Have at least one seasonal fruit daily.
• You can have cabbage/soya/peanuts in moderation (once/twice a week) and it should be properly cooked. Avoid consuming it raw.
• Include protein sources in your diet as it improves your metabolism.
• Include eggs, chicken, paneer, almonds, chia seeds, low fat curd and milk in your diet for protein content.
• Include Flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, watermelon seeds, chia seeds in your diet.
• Have salads regularly with your meals.
• Most thyroid patients are low on vitamin D so don't forget to sun bath to cover up your vitamin D levels naturally.

🌿 TRY THESE HOME REMEDIES
1) Coriander water : Soak 1 spoon coriander seeds in 1 glass of water overnight.boil it the next morning for 1-2 minutes.strain and have it lukewarm empty stomach in the morning or in the evening.
2) Cold pressed coconut oil : 1 teaspoon with warm water empty stomach in the morning.
