সমালোচনা পলিটিক্স নয়।
সমালোচনা মানে চায়ের দোকানে বসে আড্ডা।

পলিটিক্স মানে মাইকের সামনে দাঁড়িয়ে দোষ ধরা নয়।
পলিটিক্স মানে ফেসবুক পোস্টে রাগ ঝাড়া নয়।
পলিটিক্স মানে—
সঠিক সময়ে সঠিক সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার ক্ষমতা।
যারা সব বিষয়ে কিছুই জানে না,
কোনো সাবজেক্টে গভীরতা নেই,
তারাই সারাদিন সমালোচনা করে।
কারণ সমালোচনা করতে
জ্ঞান লাগে না,
দায়িত্ব লাগে না,
আর সাহসও লাগে না।
এটাই চায়ের দোকানের রাজনীতি।
এইটা পলিটিক্স নয়।
যারা সত্যিকারের পলিটিক্স করতে চায়,
তারা একটা সাবজেক্ট বেছে নেয়।
তারপর বছরের পর বছর
সেই সাবজেক্টে কাজ করে, পড়ে, ভাবে,
এবং প্রশ্ন তোলে—
“এই সমস্যার সমাধান কীভাবে করা যায়?”
আজকের পলিটিক্সে অভাব বক্তার নয়,
অভাব কাজ জানা মানুষের।
সমালোচক ভিড় বানায়।
সমাধানকারী ভবিষ্যৎ বানায়।
একদিন সিস্টেম নিজেই খুঁজবে
এমন একজন মানুষকে—
যে চিৎকার করে না,
কিন্তু কাজ জানে।
সেই দিন
মাইকের দরকার হবে না।
ডাকটা আপনিই পাবেন।
মনে রাখবেন—
পলিটিক্স চায় প্রস্তুতি,
চায় গভীরতা,
চায় সিদ্ধান্ত।
চায়ের দোকানের আড্ডা নয়।

Criticism is not politics.
Criticism is just tea-stall gossip.

Politics is not about standing in front of a microphone and blaming others.
It is not about emotional outbursts on social media.
Politics is the ability to make the right decision at the right time.
Those who lack depth,
who do not understand any subject properly,
are the ones who spend all their time criticizing.
Because criticism requires
no knowledge,
no responsibility,
and no courage.
That is not politics.
That is street-corner conversation.
Real politics begins when you choose one subject—
policy, economy, employment, agriculture, industry, education—
and commit yourself to it for years.
Not just to speak about the problem,
but to design solutions.
The truth is uncomfortable:
today’s politics does not suffer from a shortage of speakers.
It suffers from a shortage of competent, prepared individuals.
Critics create noise.
Problem-solvers create the future.
One day, the system itself will look for someone
who speaks less,
but understands more,
and knows how to act.
On that day,
you won’t need to shout for attention.
The call will come to you.
Remember—
politics rewards preparation,
depth,
and decision-making.
Not criticism.
Not gossip.
Not tea-stall debates.
