On 24th August 1996, the Computer Training Centre at State Youth Centre, Sai Plaza, AJC Bose Road, Kolkata was established as West Bengal’s FIRST Youth Computer Training Centre.
Three decades later, the legacy continues — empowering young people with computer skills, opening doors to opportunities, and inspiring the growth of 1,000+ Youth Computer Training Centres (YCTCs) across West Bengal.
