Every journey has its share of unexpected turns, and mine has been no different.

I began my career as a Management Professional followed by a Freelance Educator, guiding more than 100 students across middle school and B-School education. Over time, I had the privilege of teaching at a couple of renowned B-Schools in Kolkata. For more than a decade, teaching wasn't just my profession—it was my passion. There has always been immense satisfaction in helping students understand concepts, gain confidence, and believe in their own abilities.

Life, however, had different plans. A medical condition brought my professional journey to an unexpected pause, and I had to step away from teaching to prioritise my health.

Today, as I gradually begin this new chapter, I return with the same passion but through a different medium. With the launch of my YouTube channel, **Learn Easily with Soumi**, I hope to continue doing what I have always loved—making learning simpler, building confidence, and supporting students in their academic journey.

The encouragement and unwavering support of my former students have played a significant role in giving me the confidence to start again, and for that, I will always be grateful.
