"Festivals of Joy: Students Celebrate Year End with Cultural Splash"

The special assembly conducted by the junior school students of Julien Day School Ganganagar on 'Year End Festivities' was a vibrant celebration of cultures and traditions.
The energetic children stole the show with their informative speech, and lively dance performance.They brought the spirit of festivities to the stage. They also shared messages of joy, unity, and gratitude.
The spellbinding Nativity musical play, staged by the bright young students, closed the assembly on a heartfelt, note.

Birla Institute of Technological Museum – A Day to Remember for Class 6, Julien Day School, Ganganagar (17 Dec 2025)

On a crisp December morning, eager Class 6 students from Julien Day School, Ganganagar, set off with 8 teachers in three comfortable buses for the Birla Institute of Technological Museum. The trip, organized for 17 December 2025, was packed with hands‑on learning and fun. Both teachers and students had a fun time in the buses while they enjoyed their breakfast.

The museum’s interactive exhibits sparked curiosity: from simple machines to a mini planetarium that lit up the hall, the interactive science galleries (like Fascinating Physics, Electricity, Transport, Mining, Communication), engaging live science shows (Supercool, Chemistry Magic), the 3D Film Show, the Mock-up Coal Mine, the Children's Gallery, the Outdoor Science Park, etc. The main attraction was the Magic show where many children participated
enthusiastically. They also enjoyed lunch with their peers and teachers. During the return journey, many children were found making notes about their memorable visit.
Both parents and children appreciate this excursion.

The students of Class 3B conducted a special assembly on – The Festival of Lights. The assembly opened with a tone of peace and positivity for the day. The Students then presented a heartfelt poem on spreading light, reminding everyone of the power of kindness. The students then performed a soulful group song, encouraging all to shine brightly. The assembly concluded with an energetic dance performance, creating an essence of colour, rhythm, and joy!

Diwali Activity by Class 2

The students of Class 2 enjoyed themselves while making the diwali craft. They made paper candles and diyas, fire crackers with paper, rangolis. A message on celebrating Diwali safely was shared with the children. A video was also shown on the story of Diwali.
They children enjoyed and had fun.

Diwali activity by Class 1

Children eagerly participated in the activity by making colorful diyas, rockets, bright paper lanterns, and beautiful rangolis using chart paper , paper plates and decorative materials. The classroom looked festive with vibrant decorations made by the little ones. Through this activity, the students learned about the significance of Diwali and the importance of spreading happiness and light. It was a fun-filled day that helped the children express their artistic skills and celebrate the festival together with enthusiasm.

The students of class 1 took part in a fun activity on “Making Diwali Greeting Cards.” The children used colourful papers, glitter, and stickers to make beautiful cards. They wrote sweet messages like “Happy Diwali” and decorated the cards with diyas and rangoli designs. Everyone enjoyed the activity and felt very happy to share their handmade cards with friends and teachers.
