*To all parents*
There was a very brilliant boy, he always scored 100% in Science.
Got Selected for IIT and scored excellent in IIT.
Went to the University of California for MBA.
Got a high paying job in America and settled there.
Married a Beautiful Girl.
Bought a 5 room big house and luxury cars.
He had everything that make him successful but a few years ago he committed su***de after shooting his wife and children.
*WHAT WENT WRONG?*
California Institute of Clinical Psychology Studied his case and found *“what went wrong?”*
The researcher met the boy's friends and family and found that he lost his job due to recent America’s economic crisis(COVID 19 Pandemic) and he had to sit without a job for several months.
After even reducing his previous salary amount, he didn't get any job.
Then his house installment broke and he and his family lost the home.
They survived a few months with less money and then he and his wife together decided to commit su***de.
He first shot his wife and children and then shot himself.
The case concluded that the man was Programmed for *success* but he was not *trained for handling failures*.
Now let's come to the actual question.
*What are the habits of highly successful people?*
First of all, I want to tell you that if you have achieved everything, there is a chance to lose everything, nobody knows when the next economic crisis will hit the world.
*The best success habit is getting trained for handling failures*.
I want to request every parent, please do not only program yourself and your child to be *successful* but *teach them how to handle failures* and also teach them proper lessons about life.
Learning high-level science and maths will help them to clear competitive exams but a knowledge in life will help them to face every problem.
Teach them about how *money works* instead of teaching them to *work for money*.
Help them in finding their passion because these degrees will not help them in the next economic crisis and we don’t know when the next crisis will hit the world.
*"Success is a lousy teacher. Failure teaches you more."*

Henry Ford was famous for paying the highest salaries in the industry.
One day, a curious journalist asked him:
“Mr. Ford, who’s the highest-paid person in your company?”
Ford smiled and took him on a tour of the enormous factory —
workers everywhere, machines roaring, bells ringing, elevators going up and down.
A perfectly organized chaos.
Then, in the middle of the noise, there was a small, closed office.
Inside, a man sat comfortably in a chair, feet on the table, hat over his eyes — apparently doing nothing.
Ford knocked on the door.
The man lifted his hat slightly and said, “Hey Henry, everything good?”
Ford nodded with a grin, closed the door, and kept walking.
The journalist was shocked.
“Who is that man?”
Ford chuckled.
“He’s the highest-paid employee in the company.”
The journalist frowned.
“But… what does he actually do?”
Ford replied:
“He does nothing. He comes in, sits down, and thinks.”
Then he added:
“I hired him to think. Every new system, every car model idea — they all come from his mind.
He relaxes, reflects, and sends me his ideas.
I turn them into reality — and make millions.
Ideas are worth more than anything.
But to have them, you need time, silence, and mental space.
If you’re busy all the time, you’ll never create something new.
That’s why I pay him to think.”
👏 The journalist was speechless — then applauded.
Henry Ford understood a simple but powerful truth:
👉 Great success is born from a free mind, not a busy schedule.
Even today, leaders like Bill Gates and Warren Buffett follow the same principle.
Buffett reads for over four hours a day.
Gates finishes about two books a week.
Both spend time alone — thinking.
🧠 Because when the mind is free, ideas are born.
If you want to achieve something great, clear the noise.
Make space to think, dream, and create.
The best ideas don’t come from chaos — they come from silence.

Before founding Alibaba, Jack Ma had a humble beginning filled with determination and a desire to learn. At just 9 years old, he started working as a tourist guide in Hangzhou, China. Every morning, he would ride his bicycle 27 kilometers to a hotel where he offered free tours to English-speaking tourists not for money, but to improve his English. This self-driven practice lasted for nine years and helped him develop strong communication skills and a global outlook, which later played a key role in his business journey.
Despite failing his college entrance exams twice and being rejected from dozens of jobs—including KFC Jack Ma remained focused. He eventually graduated with an English degree and later became a teacher. In 1995, during a trip to the U.S., he used the internet for the first time and realized there was almost no online presence for Chinese businesses. This sparked the idea of creating a digital platform to help connect Chinese manufacturers with international buyers.
In 1999, Jack Ma founded Alibaba from his apartment with 17 friends. The goal was simple: to create an online marketplace that would allow small businesses in China to sell globally. Despite facing criticism and skepticism, Alibaba grew rapidly. It overcame the challenges of funding, technology, and competition to become one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the world.
Jack Ma stepped down as Alibaba’s chairman in 2019 but remains a symbol of China's tech success. Today, his net worth is estimated at $27.2 billion. He was once the richest man in China and remains one of the most influential entrepreneurs of our time.
