Beneath my hands, a hum so low,
The laptop wakes, begins to glow.
A portal vast, to lands unseen,
In sleek, metallic silver sheen.

Keys that click in rhythmic dance,
Bringing dreams, a second chance.
In every tap, a story waits,
Through ones and zeros, it translates.

Silent friend in darkest nights,
With screen aglow, my guiding light.
You bear my thoughts, my hopes, my fears,
A canvas vast for all my years.

Through lines of code, or words anew,
You carry dreams that I pursue.
In crowded rooms, or quiet space,
You’re there to help me keep the pace.

O laptop dear, so small, so grand,
A world within my waiting hand.
With you, I roam, explore, create—
My digital gate, my endless state.
