National Kyokushin Karate organization founded by Hanshi Shivaji Ganguly KyokushinKai India is a martial art organisation operating nationally.
It is founded by Shihan Shivaji Ganguly, 6th Dan Black Belt and it was the former official branch of IKO World So Kyokushin(Tokyo, Japan) whose president is President is Shihan Oishi . Now it is under the Aegis of World Karate Council M Kyokushin .The headquarters of KyokushinKai India is at Kolkata and it operates democratically with a proper committee which is headed by Shihan Shivaji Gangul

Traditionally KARATE was always practiced in Full Contact mode in Okinawa . But later In Japan to commercialize Karate it was slowly converted to non-contact sports Karate . At that time "KYOKUSHIN" made by Sosai Mas Oyama stood high with real essence .
We are grateful to Sosai for bringing the most practical, real full contact style of Karate to life so that practitioners like us don't have to compromise with the real ethics of Karate .
We are proud to call ourselves Kyokushin Karate kas .
