Online Recruitment Platform Nfly is a startup based out of Kolkata. Nfly is an online recruitment platform connecting job seekers to start-ups.

Our aim is to bridge the gap and the void created between the huge growing pool of talented job seekers and the elevating requirement of fresh workforce. In turn we aim to solve the problem of both unemployment and the scarcity of talented, fresh and energetic workforce. We plan to quantify skill levels and professional abilities in the candidates and thereby use these scores to screen candidates based on advanced algorithms which ensure that only the finest of the talents get through our tests.  ...
