It is a fusion of Yoga and acrobatics. Acroyoga takes elements from Yoga - presence, groundedness, breath, and mindfulness and mixes it with elements from acrobatics - technique and athleticism.

This is a partner activity that helps you to trust others and teaches you to let go!
