A Double Victory for Sakchi!

Congratulations to Sakchi, an Advanced Diploma student in Bakery & Pastry Arts at IIPC Kolkata, on her outstanding achievement at Culinary Kaizens Talent 2.0 Competition, organised by the Eastern India Culinary Association (EICA).

Sakchi secured 1st Prize in both categories—Cheesy Kaizen and Artisan Chocolate—with her innovative creations: Gondhoraj Rose Kataifi Cheesecake and Kasundi Honey Bonbons, beautifully inspired by regional flavours.

Her creativity, technical precision and dedication have truly made IIPC proud.
