I still remember Mr Thomas Barla for his extremely efficient service to ST. Lawrence High School with an ever smiling face, irrespective of work pressure. The day I joined ST Lawrence High School, it was he who took me to my class and told me that in case of any problem he would be there for help and assistance.

I am very proud to be with Kantimay Das Gupta, a student of academic excellence and moral values. I found him exactly the same Kantimay, after so many years, simple, honest, candid and as erudite as before with outstanding humility.

It is indeed a divine gift to have such a smiling, hardworking, affectionate and most caring mother. Surely I can never forget all that she did for me even when she became a nonagenerian. She passed away at 92, leaving a deep void in our family.

May God rest her soul in celestial peace.

The young man in the middle happens to be Justice Soumen Sen, a brilliant student of ST. Lawrence High School with a wonderful academic record as well as a remarkable oratorical skill. The most important quality of Soumen is his humility and outspokenness. May God bless him and inspire him to serve the Nation with utmost dedication.

We are all proud of Justice Soumen Sen ✌️

Life is more than a dream and one can feel this especially if he happens to be a hexagenerian Lawrencian.

I'm indeed grateful to ST Lawrence High School for providing wonderful opportunities to drink 'life to the lees'.

Just look at those wonderful pictures dear friends. We met last night in our school campus, celebrating the Annual Reunion of the Lawrencians, thanks to Reverend Father Jimmy Keepuram SJ, the Principal, for making this wonderful get together a reality, a dream come true 😍

For the first time in the history of ST. Lawrence High School, the retired teachers were invited to attend the very special Christmas Day 🎄 programme by the extremely hard working and innovative Principal Reverend Father Francis Jimmy Keepuram SJ.

The programme went on for hours on Wednesday 20th December, 2023 without any moment of monotony.

The dance presentation entitled 'Christmas Joy' conducted by Father Prof. Dr Saju George SJ and the Kalahrdaya Team not only entertained but enlightened the entire enthusiastic audience.

As a retired teacher I felt the joy of being there in the midst of so many students and teachers enjoying every moment.

The programme presented by the staff and students of ST. Lawrence High School was indeed remarkable!

Thanks to Reverend Father Principal for arranging such a wonderful programme, signifying oneness.

This young man happens to be Dr Sujit Biswas, a retired professor of Jadavpur University (Electrical Engineering Department). We studied in ST James' School, Kolkata in the 60's and early 70's. He was a year junior to me. He was a brilliant student in academics and I still remember how hard he studied to secure the First Position in a state level competition.

My friend Sujit's most outstanding feature is his humility and good sense of humour. I was really delighted to see him in my place.

Yes, we are inseparable.
Sujit happens to be my only school friend. When I stayed in Entally, we met off and on and he left no stone unturned to keep us all happy.

Teacher's Day 2023 celebrated in ST. Lawrence High School in a most appreciable and memorable manner. For the first time in the history of ST. Lawrence, the Principal, a man of serious concern and absolute commitment invited all retired teachers to attend the function and share the joy of oneness with this great Jesuit Institution. Thanks to Rev. Fr. Jimmy Keepuram SJ for his very timely decision and utmost concern for retired teachers of this great institution.
