Dance club IIT (BHU) Varanasi proudly launches the first ever edition of it's annual online dance competition–MOVE, which kicks off on the 10th of June. MOVE is the perfect platform to check where you stack up against other dancers in the country. Submit your videos and watch yourself shoot up in popularity! Be it any form or any song , all we want is your will to groove and take up the opportunity to grab some amazing goodies. So put on your dancing shoes and MOVE on the music! Mark you calendars for 10th June for this highly anticipated online event.

RULEBOOK
The rules for the event are as follows:
1.All entries are to be mailed to
[email protected] with
•Participant’s Name
•College name/Academy name
2. Length of the video should be minimum 30 seconds and maximum 60 seconds.
3. Use your own preferred video editing software/application.
Just make sure the audio is properly audible and synchronised with the video
4. Can be any song of any genre, all dance forms will be welcomed.
5. Open to all.
6. The videos will pe posted from the Dance Club page. No YouTube links will be entertained.
7. The judging criteria: 40% weightage on performance and 60% on the likes and shares on the post.
The parameters for the online audience would be like this -
1 view =1 mark
1 like/reaction =2marks
1 share =5 marks

8. Goodies and certificates will be provided to winners. Free entry to our workshop conducted by trained choreographers.
For some extraordinary performances couple of participants will be given special mention with goodies.
9. The winner(1st prize) will get a chance to be featured on our YouTube channel. And free registration to Kashiyatra’19.
10. All the entries will be featured on our official Instagram handle. Please don’t forget to follow our page
