Admission Open 2026-27

Convocation’26 ceremony was organised for the graduating students of Fashion and Interior design batches (2023-25) and (2024-25), who have successfully completed the respective courses, was held at The BDA campus on the 31st January 2026. The Diploma and Certificates were presented to the outgoing batches. Some of the students and parents also shared their experience at the BDA.

The Annual Graduating Fashion Show took place on 25 December 2025. Students of Fashion design 2023-25 and 2024-25 batches exhibited their designs through the show. The designs were showcased through a total of 7 sequences.

Mr. Partha Dasgupta (a nationally celebrated visual artist from Kolkata, renowned for his diverse body of work, encompassing painting, sculpture, ceramics, and site-specific installations, among other forms, especially celebrated for his groundbreaking contributions to the art of Durga Puja) was the Chief Guest and Lipika Bala Chakraborty (Assistant Professor of Textile Design at the Government College of Art and Craft, Calcutta.) was the Guest of Honour at the event. The Special Guest for the event was Mrs Vandana Sharma ( a fashion designer and the founder of MV Studio).
Certificates and Awards were given to the deserving designers. Followed by distribution of academic certificates.
