On Exam day You may have the following fears or phobias

4. Why m I scoring low ?

All these tensions leads to:

1. Rapid heartbeat

4. Stomach pain and headache

How to say goodbye to all these fears and symptoms 👋👋

1. Dont open the book just before the exam
2. Dont discuss anything with your friends
3. Meditate and gain confidence
4. Give your best in the paper
5. Try to write point wise
6. Try to explain the concept giving appropriate diagram with pencil and proper labeling.
7. Take good night's sleep before the exam.
8. Revise everything thoroughly the day before your exam..

Best of luck to all the students 👍👍👍... We know this year's examination is quite challenging as many of the topics are still not clear the way they should be due to Covid 19..
But give your best and work hard.. our best wishes are always there with you ❤️👍🙏
