The X Y insurance policy is rather different from the norm. Geico Insurance and The Daily Telegraph report that one English company has sold over 30,000 policies. Some companies offer policies for X pregnancy, X examinations and death caused by X.
What is X and Y?

This is the sales figures of something very popular around the world. On 9/11 the sales of this product took a massive hit in the United States. What was the product?

Stingy X and the Devil entered a pub to have a drink. X convinces the Devil to turn himself into a coin to pay for the drinks. But instead of using the coin, X slipped it into his pocket, next to a Cross. This prevented the Devil from changing back into his original form. But X eventually freed the Devil, under the condition that he wouldn't bother X for one year. And if X should die during that year, the Devil would not claim his soul. The Devil agreed to these terms.

X again tricked The Devil with a similar trick. Once again, The Devil struck a bargain with X. The Devil promised to agree to the same deal as before, but now for 10 years.

Just a few days before the 10 years ended, X did indeed die. But because of his repeated trickery, God would not allow him into heaven. And in keeping his word, the Devil wouldn't allow X into hell. Instead, the Devil sent X out into the darkness of the world between worlds with nothing but a burning piece of coal. X placed the coal into a Y and has been roaming the Earth ever since. The Irish began to refer to X's ghostly figure as The X of the Y, which is now called Z.
