Job Title: Senior Manager-Finance & Accounts

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant
Experience: 5yrs+

Job Location: Koparkhairne (Navi Mumbai)

Reporting To: CFO
Job Profile:

· Assessment of fund requirements & arranging it timely (Term loan, Working Capital)
· Responsible for Conducting Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit

· Filing of Income Tax Returns, and other relevant forms / returns.

· Handling Income Tax Assessment. Liaising with the Assessing Officer.

· Obtaining Lower TDS Certificate and other relevant certificates as required from the Income Tax Dept.

· Responsible for Conducting Internal Audit and implementing the observations by the internal auditors

· Ensuring proper discharge of statutory liabilities and compliances such as Direct and Indirect Taxes.

· Filing of ROC forms and knowledge of the companies Act will be added advantage.

· On hand support to CFO as and when required

· Knowledge of FEMA

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Excellent Communication Skill

· Pleasing Personality

· Expertise in MS office tools

Age Bracket: 25 yrs- 35 Yrs
