We just wrapped up the Maruti Suzuki Nurture Cohort 4 Outreach in Guwahati!

Hosted at Assam Startup – The Nest, Guwahati, the session brought together early-stage founders from the region, asking questions, understanding the programme and figuring out how NURTURE can fuel their next big leap.

Priyanshi Shah, Manager (Innovation) at MSIL, walked founders through everything the programme offers, from mentorship and industry access to the kind of visibility that actually moves the needle for a growing startup.

Through a powerful collaborative effort between IIM Calcutta Innovation Park and IIM Calcutta, Startup Garage 2026, a one-of-its-kind immersive hackathon, was organised for the IIM Calcutta MBA-Ex Batch 20, from May 8 – 10, 2026.

What truly set this hackathon apart was the calibre of thinking on display, with students embracing a founder’s mindset, packed with resilience and a genuine hunger to build.

The results spoke for themselves. 90 startup ideas. Rigorous evaluation. And 12 teams who ultimately stood before an esteemed jury of seasoned founders from the IIM Calcutta alumni network and IIMCIP leaders.
