Lecture demonstration on Mohiniyattam at Harinavi Subhasini girls High school..

The demonstration was conducted by our one of dance faculty Smt. Moumita Pal, a Mohiniyattam artist who has performed and led workshops in India and abroad. She has been decorated with many prestigiousawards.

She is a disciple of Guru Smt. Sreedevi Unni and Dr.Neena Prasad.

"MOHINIYATTAM " is one of the classical dance forms that originated in Kerala, This art form gets its name from the word โ€˜Mohiniโ€™, the feminine form of Lord Vishnu; the word means โ€˜dance of Mohiniโ€™..
