The Cambridge East Zonal Community Meet was held on 18th December and provided valuable insights into inclusive and student-centred education.
The sessions focused on wellbeing, executive function skills and strategies to enhance student engagement in the classroom. Emphasis was placed on creating meaningful, relevant and accessible learning environments that recognise individual differences.
The meet was informative and encouraged reflective teaching practices among educators.

The Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony 2025 was held today with great enthusiasm and joy. The programme celebrated the hard work, dedication and achievements of our students throughout the academic year.
A special Christmas dance performance added colour and festive cheer to the occasion, spreading happiness among everyone present.
The ceremony also honoured the grandmothers who lovingly look after our students, acknowledging their invaluable role, care, and support.
The event concluded on a joyful note, leaving everyone with fond memories and a sense of appreciation and togetherness.

An orientation programme was conducted at Vidyanjali by St. Xavier’s University for the students of Classes XI and XII.
The session focused on providing valuable guidance regarding subject choices, academic streams and future career prospects.
The students gained clarity about various subjects and opportunities, helping them make informed decisions for their higher studies.

Our students had the enriching opportunity to visit the Japanese exhibition "YAKISHIME Earth Metamorphosis: An Exhibition Exploring the Journey of Japanese High-Fired Ceramics from Utility to Sculpture", organised by the Consulate General of Japan in Kolkata and The Japan Foundation in collaboration with the Indian Museum.
Held at the Exhibition Gallery of the Indian Museum, the display beautifully showcased the evolution of Yakishime ceramics, from functional everyday objects to intricate sculptural art. The exhibition was formally opened by Mr. ISHIKAWA Yoshihisa, Consul General of Japan in Kolkata, and Mr. Arijit Dutta Chowdhury, Director of the Indian Museum.
The visit offered our students a unique cultural and artistic experience, deepening their appreciation for traditional Japanese craftsmanship.

On 13th December 2025, the students of Class XI participated in a Ghat Clean-Up Drive organised by the Rotary Club of Calcutta Youth Service Committee and KULT X.
This initiative aimed at keeping our ghats and rivers clean and waste-free, creating a safe and pollution-free environment, and helping students learn about the historical importance of the ghats.
The programme helped the students develop awareness about environmental conservation, civic responsibility and the importance of protecting our rivers for future generations.
