As part of Experience ITC, students of IIT Madras got a firsthand look at the behind-the- scenes of ITC during their visit to our Tiruvottiyur factory.

From printing and packaging to complex supply chains and impactful CSR initiatives, the visit helped students understand the true scale of ITC’s operations and how they manifest in the real world.

ITC’s KITES Management Internship Programme 2026 began with the induction of 82 management interns from premier B‑schools across India at ITC Windsor, Bengaluru. The induction offered a holistic introduction to ITC and its businesses, along with functional insights into Marketing, Supply Chain and Human Resources. Designed to support interns as they navigate their summer assignments, the induction helped set clear expectations and provided a strong context for learning over the next two months.

KITES (Knowledge, Initiative & Talent Excellence Series) is ITC’s flagship Summer Internship Programme, designed to build future leaders by offering a platform to learn, experience, and engage with real business challenges. It provides students with the opportunity to work on live projects, apply their academic learning, and gain valuable insights into management, leadership, and navigating dynamic business environments.

From MDI to ITC — Pratyush Rath’s KITES journey is a story of curiosity, ownership, and real impact.
