AICUF West Bengal
The STATE PUJA CAMP 2016 organised by the All
India Catholic University Federation (AICUF), West
Bengal with the theme “Marching with the
Marginalised” was indeed a great success. About
110 students from SXC Kolkata, Raghavpur Campus
and St. Joseph’s College, Darjeeling participated in
the camp. The camp also had the Theology of the
Body group from Kolkata to give a retreat to the
students for 2 days. A plethora of events like group
activities, games, debate etc were held where the
students participated with full zest. The camp ended
with a cultural show where the students presented
various programs. The enchanting beauty of the
hills made the stay really a memorable one!

SXC NCC is celebrating the 70th Independence Day, with its traditional glory and the Guard of Honour. The auspicious event will be graced by Brigadier Tushar Roy, who would also host the National flag followed by a short cultural program. Everybody is cordially invited to witness the event and share the birthday of our nation.

BLOOD DONATION CAMP 2016
The NSS Unit of St. Xavier's College is organising
a blood donation camp on Tuesday, August 2 at
Fr. Depelchin Auditorium from 7.30 am to 5.00
pm.
Last year the total collection was 770 units.
NSS Board announces: " If you donate money,
you give food. If you donate blood, you give life".
