....... দেখতে দেখতে আরও একটা বছর বয়স বাড়ল আমার। এখন আমি নবতিপর, ৯৫তে পা দিলাম। মনোরঞ্জন বাবুর স্নেহের ছোঁয়ায় সেই ১৯৩০এ প্রাণপ্রাপ্তি, তারপর থেকে প্রত্যেকের আড্ডা, গল্প, খেলাধুলা থেকে শাস্তি পেয়ে নীল ডাউন প্রত্যেক মুহুর্তের সাক্ষী আমি। মনে পড়ে আর হাসি পায় এখন যারা খুব বড় বড় পদে আসীন, তারাও এক কালে আমার ওপরে দৌড়ে বেরিয়েছে। সবাই ভালো থেকো, সবাইকে ভালো রেখো....

আমার কিন্তু সবাইকে মনে আছে, কিন্তু সময়ের সাথে সাথে আমায় মনে রেখেছ ক'জন?......
