Accrued vs Paid 💡
Accounting becomes easy when you understand the logic behind the numbers, not just the formula.

Paid amount ≠ Expense of the year every time.
Always adjust:
✔ Beginning Outstanding
✔ Ending Outstanding

Formula to remember👇
Accrued Expense = Paid During the Year − Beginning Outstanding + Ending Outstanding

Master the concept, and ledger questions become effortless 📘✨

Exam Hall Mindset – Performance Starts Before the Paper

CA exams are not just about knowledge.
They are also about controlling your mind, energy and heartbeat on exam day.

One mistake students make is reaching the exam centre at the last moment.

Minimum 30 minutes before exam hall.
Even better if you reach 1 hour early.

Because if you are still stuck in traffic near exam time, even a 30-second jam can disturb your mind.

Your thoughts start racing:

“Will I reach?”
“What if traffic increases?”
“What if I get late?”

Maybe you will still reach on time.
But the mind does not stay calm.

And once the heartbeat goes out of control, performance also gets affected.

Mind control is one of the toughest things in life.
That is why meditation, yoga and mental discipline are discussed even today across the world.

So treat this seriously:

✅ Reach the exam centre early
✅ Sit peacefully
✅ Let your body and brain settle down

And one more important thing:

📚 Stop studying at least 20 minutes before the exam.

Students keep flipping pages rapidly till the last second:

“Maybe this one adjustment…”
“Maybe this one concept…”

But think practically.

If something was not learned in 1.5–3 years of preparation, it will not suddenly happen in the last 20 minutes.

That last-minute panic only increases anxiety and heartbeat.

A stable brain performs better than a stressed brain.

Your body and mind must stay aligned.

So remember:

Reach early
Keep books away before the exam
Stay calm
Trust your preparation

You have already done your part:

✅ Classes attended
✅ Questions solved
✅ MTPs & RTPs completed
✅ Hard work invested

Now stay positive.

Always talk positive. Stay positive.

Do not enter the exam hall crying, scared or mentally defeated.

Enter with a smile.
Enter comfortably.
Enter confidently.

Stress does not improve performance.

A calm mind does.

You have worked hard for this.
Now trust yourself and give the paper with confidence.

This Capsule Course is designed in a very practical and revision-focused way.

The total lecture duration is only 33 hours, and within these 33 hours, every important topic of each and every Accounting Standard has been covered completely — including Amalgamation, Branch Accounts, and all other chapters in your syllabus.

If you complete all the lectures properly, there won’t be anything left feeling like:
"This topic is still pending."

That’s the first thing.

Second — inside these 33 hours themselves, I’ve also solved selected important sums during the classes. Since you’ve already studied the syllabus once, what you now need is:

fast revision,
complete coverage,
and proper conceptual flow.

So these sums are included in between the lectures to help you reconnect with the concepts quickly and regain confidence that:
"Yes, my syllabus is revised properly once again."

Along with the lectures, a specially designed book is also provided.

In this book, the most relevant and important sums have been carefully selected from:

Institute Material
MTPs
RTPs
Past Papers

Around 129 carefully curated sums are included.

The entire course and material are structured in a way that helps you achieve:
maximum output in minimum time.

And for any kind of query, I’m just a WhatsApp message away.

You can always message me for any doubts or questions.

After Every Exam: Move On Immediately

One thing I always say — never bring the question paper home.
Seriously. Tear it there itself and throw it away.

Later if you need it, you’ll easily get the paper online.
Why carry those 15 sheets home? Ultimately it’s just paper weight.

The real problem is not the paper.
The problem is what happens after it reaches home.

You come out of the exam feeling:
“Okay, decent paper… maybe 80 marks.”

Good.
Now ideally you should start preparing for the next exam.

But once the paper is at home, you start checking answers one by one.

“Sir taught this… let’s verify.”
“Book mein kya answer hai?”
“Oh no… book mein 3 lakh aa raha hai, mera 2,000 hi aaya.”
“Arre yeh total toh chhoot gaya…”

And slowly:
80 becomes 75
75 becomes 70
Then suddenly:
“Maybe I’ll fail… what’s the point of the next paper?”

All this stress starts only because the question paper came home.

That’s why this is a strict instruction based purely on experience from seeing thousands of students over the years:

✅ Don’t take the question paper home.
✅ Don’t discuss the paper with friends.

Both are the same thing mentally.
Don’t stay emotionally attached to a paper that is already over.

What’s done is done.
You cannot change that exam now.

But you can protect the next paper.

Because discussing mistakes after the exam doesn’t improve marks in that paper —
it only damages confidence for the next one.

No matter how any paper goes, one thing remains fixed:

You still have to write all the remaining papers.

The biggest problem students face is:

“The paper never gets completed on time.”

And the main reason is — starting too slowly.

Speed in exams is all about consistency.
Your first sum and last sum should be written with the same pace and control. Don’t waste time making answers overly beautiful — focus on readable presentation, clear working, and paper completion.
Approach the exam with a T20 mindset: stay active, maintain momentum, and avoid slowing down at the start.

Practical Test

While solving every question, ask yourself:

“Can I maintain this same speed in the last 15 minutes of the exam?”

If the answer is “No,”
you are solving too slowly at the beginning.

You should definitely sit and give the MTP (Mock Test Paper) at the institute. Once your preparation is complete, revise properly one time and then attempt the paper. You are capable of sitting and writing the exam.

Now think—what problem usually happens?

When we solve sums in class, it’s a group effort. Your mistake gets hidden from me, and my mistake gets hidden from you. Suppose we are preparing a balance sheet. While writing, I wrote 270400, but you noticed it should actually be 27800. So you correct me.

So in class, when we make balance sheets, do they always tally on the first attempt? Yes—because we are doing it together.

But when you sit alone and try to do the same thing, will it tally in the first attempt? No, it won’t. It doesn’t happen easily when you’re alone.

Why does it work in class? Because of collective effort.

You make a mistake, I correct you.
I make a mistake, you correct me.
We check totals together.

So calculation errors, totaling mistakes, and small oversight errors get minimized when multiple people are involved.

So how do you minimize errors when you are alone?

Whenever you make a mistake, write it down.

Create a last page in your notebook and note:

“I make this type of error.”
“I need to minimize this.”

Keep listing all your common mistakes and maintain it properly.

What will happen then?

Gradually, you will reach a stage where:

Very few errors are left
Most of your mistakes are already taken care of.
