istalazza on the 12,14 and 15th of february..2011..this time, two days at nazrul manch..talks are still on, over the guest performances..lets see..

Do give the core committee contacts of sponsors that we can approach..we have very little time to make things happen..like last year, this time too we'll make it a grand success..if not grander..

istalazza just ended..it was a grand success..considering it was the inaugural edition..

1st rep meeting held..9colleges..not bad at all..

invitations sent to north city,st.pauls,jaipuria,st.xaviers,etc..

The first invitation has been sent to St.Xavier's..rep meeting on the 7th of January. Radio parner has been finalized.. its Radio One 94.3 Maximum Music Fatafat.

INVITATIONS ARE BEING SENT OUT TO COLLEGES THIS WEEK..FIRST REP MEETING ON 6TH JAN(TENTATIVE)

the budget has been finalized at around 3.5lakhs..phew..and sponsors have been caught for three events!!yeahee!!

the brochure has been sent for printing..now we can approach the sponsors..i need ideas for guest performances..

Venue has been finalized..the NOC is yet to be received..but then the date has been fixed for us..thanks to all of our pains and Rudra's 'source'..lol..the 2nd day of the fest is on 30th of january 2010 at nazrul manch..now the invitations can be sent..yahoo!!

The core committee has been set..volunteers have been assigned their departments..and lots of work now remain..
