গীতাঞ্জলি র ইংরাজী অনুবাদ ("Song Offerings" )করে আমাদের রবি দেশে নিয়ে এসেছে নোবেল পুরষ্কার, কখনো বা জলিয়ান ওয়ালানাগের হত্যা কান্ডে ত্যাগ করেছে ইংরেজ সরকারের দেওয়া " নাইট" উপাধি।
ভারত বর্ষ এবং বাংলা দেশের জাতীয় সঙ্গীতের জন্ম এই রবির কলমেই।

In 1886, workers in Chicago, USA, rallied to demand work, and after a temporary war, several workers were shot dead by police. May day is celebrated in
many countries of the world like India, Russia, China, Cuba, Bangladesh. This day was first celebrated in India in 1923.
After all, today is a day to remember the contributions of all working communities around the world. Today is the day to believe in hard work once again.

He is known for Dalit rights movement Heading committee drafting Constitution of India Dalit Buddhist movement. He won Bharat Ratna (posthumously in 1990). It is the highest civilian award of India. He was born on 14 th April 1891.

Spring has come. For some it is Dol Yatra, for some it is Holi. According to the Puranas, a demon named Holika was killed on this day. Everything that was evil, was removed and the power of goodness was established. On this auspicious day, the evil energy of the human mind loses, the good energy wins. So on this day people become joyful in the festival of colors. The heart is colored with love.
Wish you a very happy Holi and Dol Yatra....
The name is different but power of joy is the same.

"There are a lot of evidence that men and women are equal." Women and men complement each other. If men are strong, women are strenght. Life takes shape through the combined efforts of nature and man. Yet women are still neglected in many parts of India. Someone's sister, someone's mother, someone's child, someone's wife, someone's lover are neglected. Yet women are not left behind. " you can bind my hands, bind my legs,but how can you bind my mind?" In this intense mind power, women today are doctors, pilots, lawyers, teachers and many more.
Again this woman is a successful mother, successful wife, successful child, successful lover, successful sister. In a word, both the inside of house and the outside of house are at her fingertips. There are no need for a day to respect women. All women deserve human dignity. Women's Day will be successful on the day when men and women will be awarded equal respect again.

ফাল্গুন মাসের কৃষ্ণ পক্ষের চতুর্দশী তিথিতে পালিত হয় মহাশিবরাত্রি। শিব পুরাণ অনুসারে, কোনো এক সময় বারানসী তথা কাশী ধামে বসবাস করতেন এক ব্যাধ। পেশায় ব্যাধ ছিলেন তিনি তাই পশু হত্যা করতেই হত তাকে। কোনো একদিন সেই ব্যাধ অনেক পশু স্বীকার করেন। কিন্তু ভাগ্যের খেলায় অন্ধকারে বনে পথ হারান তিনি । হিংস্র জীব জন্তুর ভয়ে তিনি একটি গাছের উপর উঠে বসেন। সেটি ছিল একটি বেল গাছ এবং গাছের নিচে ছিল শিব লিঙ্গ। সেই রাত ছিল শিব চতুর্দশী র রাত। সেদিন ব্যাধ ছিলেন উপবাসী। ব্যাধ এর বসে থাকার কারণে শিশির জলে ভেজা বেলপাতা খসে পড়লো শিব ঠাকুরের মাথায় । শিব সন্তুষ্ট হলেন। অজান্তেই ব্যাধের শিব চতুর্দশী র পূণ্য লাভ সম্পন্ন হল।
মৃত্যুর পর ব্যাধ গেলেন কৈলাশে , লাভ করলেন চির মুক্তি। সব পাপ ক্ষমা হল তার। সেই থেকেই চারিদিকে ছড়িয়ে পড়ে এই মহা শিব রাত্রির মহিমা।
অনেকে আবার মনে করেন এই রাত শিব পার্বতীর বিবাহের রাত।
এই রাতেই শিব সৃষ্টি , স্থিতি ও প্রলয়ের তাণ্ডব নৃত্য করেছিলেন, দেখিয়ে ছিলেন অপার মুক্তির পথ।
তাই শিব রাত্রি পালন করা হয় সমস্ত অশুভ শক্তি কে হারিয়ে দিতে, সমস্ত অন্ধকার কে দূর করতে। সবাই কে জানাই মহা শিব রাত্রির অনেক শুভেচ্ছা।
মঙ্গল হোক সকলের।

আমার ভাই এর রক্তে রাঙা ২১ শে ফেব্রুয়ারি , আমি কি তোমারে ভুলিতে পারি? আজ ২১ ফেব্রুয়ারি , আজ আন্তর্জতিক মাতৃ ভাষা দিবস। ১৯৫২সালের২১শে ফেব্রুয়ারি আন্দোলন চূড়ান্ত রূপ লাভ করে।
আজকের দিনেই সূত্রপাত ঘটে এক নতুন অধ্যায়ের। আমাদের শহীদ ভাই দের রক্তের বিনিময়ে সম্মান ফিরে পায় আমাদের মাতৃ ভাষা। উন্মেষ ঘটে জাতীয় চেতনার। প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয় আমার বাংলা ভাষা।
১৯৯৯ সালের ১৭ই নভেম্বর ইউনেস্কো ২১শে ফেব্রুয়ারিকে আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা দিবস হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি দেয়। বাংলা মা জড়িয়ে আছেন আমাদের হাসি কান্নায় , আমাদের সুখ দুঃখে আমাদের অস্তিত্বে।
প্রথম জ্ঞানেও সঙ্গী আমার বাংলা মা. " আমি বাংলায় গান গাই, আমি বাংলার গান গাই, আমি আমার আমি কে চির দিন এই বাংলায় খুঁজে পাই"...
বিদায় বেলা তেও সঙ্গী সেই বাংলা ভাষা. " বাংলা আমার তৃষ্ণার জল তৃপ্ত শেষ চুমুক.........".

#শহীদ_দিবস

Today ,14 th February is Valentine's Day, the day of love. This love is not limited in between lovers. This love is present in between parents and children, in between creator and the creation, in between power and nature, this love is meant by the love for the country also.
In this love there is respect, there is affection. In 2019, on 14 February, many soldiers were killed in the Pulwama attack. They sacrificed their lives for the country. They left their families and went to heaven.

O brave young men, we salute you. You teught us the meaning pure love. Tribute to you Pulwama Jawans.

কখনো তুমি মা সরস্বতী , কখনো তুমি পলাশ প্রিয়া। তুমিই তো মা সুর ও শব্দের উৎস। শুধু বঙ্গে ই না, বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন স্থানে বিভিন্ন রূপে বাগ দেবী পূজিতা হন।
মায়ানমারে থুরাথাডি, জাপানে বেনজাইতেন, কম্বোডিয়া তে বাগেস্বরী বা ভারতী, তিব্বতে ইয়ান চেন মা, নামে বিদ্যা বা জ্ঞান এর দেবী পূজিতা হন।
এছাড়াও ইন্দোনেশিয়া এবং থাইল্যান্ড এও মা এর পূজা করা হয়।
আজ এই পূণ্য তিথিতে তোমার কাছে এটুকুই প্রার্থনা তুমি ভিন্ন রূপে , ভিন্ন ভাবে থেকেও তোমার সমস্ত সন্তান দের মধ্যে জ্ঞান, বুদ্ধি, বিদ্যার সঞ্চার ঘটাও মা গো। দূর করে দাও যত অজ্ঞানতার অন্ধকার। তুমিই থাকো মা চেতনায়, তুমিই থাকো মা অস্তিত্বে।

আজ ২৬ শে জানুয়ারী। ভারতের ইতিহাসের এক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অধ্যায়ের সূচনা হয় আজকের এই দিন থেকেই। এই ২৬ শে জানুয়ারি ভারতীয় সংবিধান (স্বাধীন ভারতবর্ষের সংবিধান) কার্যকর হয়। আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে সার্বভৌম গণতান্ত্রিক রাষ্ট্র হিসেবে আত্মপ্রকাশ করে ভারত।
১৯৪৭ সালের ১৫ ই আগস্ট ভারত স্বাধীন হলেও, ভারত বর্ষের নিজস্ব কোনো সংবিধান ছিল না। ১৯৫০ সালের ২৬ শে জানুয়ারি স্বাধীন ভারতের সংবিধান গৃহীত হয়।
২৬ শে জানুয়ারি সকাল ১০টা ১৮ মিনিটে ভারতের সংবিধান কার্যকরী হয়।
আজকের এই বহু প্রত্যাশিত দিন টি হল প্রজাতন্ত্র দিবস।
ভারত বর্ষের সংবিধান রচনায় যাঁদের ভূমিকা অনস্বীকার্য তাঁদের নাম ড. বিআর আম্বেদকর, জওহরলাল নেহরু, ড. রাজেন্দ্র প্রসাদ, সর্দার বল্লভ ভাই প্যাটেল, মৌলানা আবুল কালাম আজাদ।
আজকের এই দিনের গুরুত্ব ভারতবাসীর কাছে
অপরিসীম। সবাই কে জানাই প্রজাতন্ত্র দিবসের শুভেচ্ছা।
