আন্তর্জাতিক নারী দিবস উদযাপন উপলক্ষে সিস্টার নিবেদিতা গভর্নমেন্ট জেনারেল ডিগ্রি কলেজ ফর গার্লস এর উদ্যোগে মহাবিদ্যালয়ে ৬ মার্চ, ২০২৬ এ এক তাৎপর্যপূর্ণ প্রদর্শনীর আয়োজন করা হয়। এবারে আন্তর্জাতিক নারী দিবসের থিম গিভ টু গেইনকে লক্ষ্য রেখে মহাবিদ্যালয় আয়োজিত ' সম্পূর্ণা' নামক এক্সিবিশন কাম সেল প্রদর্শনীতে মহাবিদ্যালয় , অন্যান্য বিদ্যালয় - মহাবিদ্যালয়ের ছাত্রীরা এবং 'ঈশ্বর সংকল্প ' নামক এনজিওর সদস্যরা মিলিত হয়ে পৃথকভাবে ২৫টি স্টল দেয়। শারীরবিদ্যা বিভাগের ছাত্রীরা প্রাকৃতিক বিভিন্ন উপকরণের নির্যাস দিয়ে তৈরি করে ফেস সিরামের মতো নানা উপকারী সামগ্রী। মশলা বড়ি, গয়না বড়ির মতো বিলুপ্ত শিল্পও উঠে আসে তাদের প্রদর্শনীতে। ছাত্রীদের সক্রিয় অংশগ্রহণে স্বনির্মিত সামগ্রীর প্রদর্শনী ও বিপণন সর্বাংশে সার্থক হয়। প্রথাগত শিক্ষার বাইরে ছাত্রীদের আত্মনির্ভরশীল করার এই উদ্যোগ আগত বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তিবর্গের কাছে বিশেষভাবে প্রশংসিত হয়। মহাবিদ্যালয়ের ভারপ্রাপ্ত অধ্যক্ষ ড. চন্দ্রকান্ত সাহা নারীর অধিকার, ন্যায় বিচার, সমাজের সব ক্ষেত্রে সম প্রতিষ্ঠার অধিকার, মানব সমাজের ইতিহাসে নারীর অবদান স্মরণ করিয়ে দিয়ে শিক্ষা, সাহিত্য, শিল্প, সংস্কৃতি, বিজ্ঞান ও সমাজসংস্কারে নারীরা যে আজও অসামান্য ভূমিকা পালন করে চলেছেন তার উপর জোর দেন।অনুষ্ঠানের সাফল্যে উৎসাহিত হয়ে আগামী দিনে এরকম আরও প্রদর্শনী করার পরিকল্পনার কথা জানান কলেজ কর্তৃপক্ষ।

After the successful completion of two rounds of admission through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP), further admissions will now be conducted directly by the college in stand-alone mode through the college admission portal.
