"The reality of a startup is you have failures very often." - Ritesh Agarwal
Ritesh Agarwal is an Indian entrepreneur, billionaire, and the founder and CEO of the country’s largest hospitality chain, OYO Hotels & Homes.
Agarwal started an online short-stay listing venture, Oravel, at a young age, which was renamed to OYO in 2013. Under his leadership, the Gurugram-headquartered OYO expanded rapidly from India to Malaysia and the USA, and today is present in 80 countries and in over 800 cities.
From a small-town boy who used to sell SIM cards in Odisha, he became one of the world's youngest self-made billionaires by the age of 22.
Lessons to learn from Ritesh Agarwal :
1. Stay away from family when you are working on a startup.
2. One should accept failure, and be willing to learn, unlearn and relearn again.
3. Nobody or no company in this world can say they have got everything right and it has been a perfect journey.
4. There is always room for improvement in experience and it can be achieved if one listens to the customers carefully.
5. While one is in the process of coming up with a truly innovative solution, it is essential to keep an open mind.

“Have a healthy disregard for the impossible.” – Larry Page
Lawrence Edward Page is an American computer scientist and entrepreneur who, with Sergey Brin, created the online search engine Google, one of the most popular sites on the Internet.
The two were both intrigued with the idea of enhancing the ability to extract meaning from the mass of data accumulated on the Internet. Working from Page’s dormitory room, they devised a new type of search engine technology.
Larry Page is perhaps the best business visionaries who established the framework for an endeavour that has changed the way, the web was utilized.
Lessons to learn from Larry Page :
1. If you’re changing the world, you’re working on important things. You’re excited to get up in the morning.
2. Always deliver more than expected.
3. Technology should do the hard work so people can do the things that make them the happiest in life.
4. You don’t need to have a 100 person company to develop that idea.
5. Coming up with an idea is the least important part of creating something great. It has to be the right idea and have good taste, but the ex*****on and delivery are what’s key.

You would think that wisdom comes with age but there are some people who explode on to the scene at an early age and change the world.
*Mark Elliot Zuckerberg* is an American media magnate, internet entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He is known for co-founding
*Meta Platforms, Inc.* and serves as its CEO and controlling shareholder.
It all started with a coding project in Mark’s dorm room with a handful of his fellow college friends and now that project is known as the world’s largest social networking platform, which helps in connecting people with more than 1 billion active users around the globe, and more than $12 billion in annual revenues. A single Facebook search will help you to reach someone who is far away.
*Lessons to learn* from *Mark Zuckerberg* :
1. A simple rule of business is, if you do the things that are easier first, then you can actually make a lot of progress.
2. Move fast and break things. Unless you are breaking stuff, you are not moving fast enough.
3. Nothing influences people more than a recommendation from a trusted friend.
4. People think innovation is just having a good idea but a lot of it is just moving quickly and trying a lot of things
5. The question one should ask themselves almost every day is, ‘Am I doing the most important thing I could be doing?’
