Each of us have a driving force, a passion that gets our blood racing and our hearts beating faster. Colourful and aromatic, a feast for all the senses. Food steeped in history of generations. Secret traditional recipes. Every dish to me is a story that we want to experience in 3D. We got so lost in our first passion that We almost forgot to mention the second (only by a thin margin)! In many ways

we discover places like we taste new dishes. In fact we discover places through their cuisine. Meeting the locals who make the ingredients come alive. Visiting the kitchens and the units that process those ingredients. And finally witnessing the brilliance of the chefs that turn those humble ingredients into the magic that drives our world. So we decided to take the holy matrimony of the two and shape it through nearly two decades of personal experience into one bespoke offering for you. You who share our delightful wonder are welcome to be our companion on sojourns across the world through Culinary Carousel. Introducing us- Saket, Nivi & Yuvaan the three Carousellers! Saket is an acclaimed foodie and coffee connoisseur, food always tends to get the better of him as you would see. Nivi, a designer with an eye for detail and colors- do not miss out her eclectic pairings, colors, compositions and penchant for finding the extraordinary in the ordinary. Finally Yuvaan the little toddler just being himself - tantrums, fits, innocence and cuteness galore! As we travel and share our treasured experiences, we also guide you to
