👉Your child’s future is too precious to be a guessing game.
As parents of autistic children, you would cross oceans to see them thrive. But right now, predatory, uncertified "experts" are capitalizing on your love and anxiety. They sell slick promises and unverified strategies, pocketing your money while actively derailing your child's developmental progress.
This isn't just unethical; it’s dangerous. Every moment spent following unqualified advice makes a child's future more difficult.
Before you trust anyone with your child’s mind, demand proof. Legitimate, ethical professionals hold verifiable credentials. Look for certified Behavior Analysts and Autism Specialists with titles like BCBA, BCaBA, IBA, QBA, or QASP-S.
Stop letting opportunists gamble with your child's potential. Protect their development—ask for certificates every single time.

Love and empathy are essential—but your child also needs science, structure, and proven strategies to thrive.
As a parent of a neurodivergent child, it is incredibly easy to get overwhelmed by conflicting advice. But navigating your child's development shouldn't leave you feeling clueless or stuck in a loop of trial and error.
True progress happens when deep empathy meets rigorous science. In my work through Happy to Learn Autism, I don't just focus on working with the child; I focus on making parents technically and logically strong.
You don't just need someone to tell you "it will be okay." You need:
Clear data to track actual progress.
Actionable skills you can use during daily routines like eating, dressing, or social playtime.
An understanding of behavior as communication, so you know exactly how to support your child during a nervous system meltdown.
Protect Your Child's Development
Before you choose a behavioral professional, ask about their credentials. Practitioners holding international certifications like QASP-S and IBA are bound by strict ethical codes. Choosing a verified professional ensures your child receives high-quality, assent-based care and saves your family from wasting time on less fruitful, unscientific approaches.
Your child’s development is too valuable to leave to chance. Let’s build a clear, logical, and compassionate path forward together.

Parents, I know the intense pressure that can come with milestone-checking. But here’s the truth: nobody can tell you exactly when your neurodivergent child will hit age-appropriate milestones.
As an ABA Supervisor (IBA &QASPS) with over 15 years of experience, I believe in meeting every child – and family – where they are. Milestone progress isn’t a race; it’s a unique, individual journey.
Instead of guessing timelines, we use evidence-based ABA strategies focused entirely on individualized teaching and compassionate care. Comprehensive assessments, like VB-MAPP, help us understand your child's current skills, and systematic teaching (making progress fun and natural) ensures skill development without forcing compliance.
When parents are empowered as active partners in their child’s journey, that’s when we see the most successful outcomes. Let's celebrate every small victory together and focus on building practical, meaningful skills with compassion. Every milestone, when it comes, is a significant achievement tailored to your child’s path.

Happy Mother’s Day 💙
Behind every small step, every breakthrough, every challenge faced with courage — there is a mother who never stopped fighting.
In the journey of autism, mothers become warriors, protectors, teachers, and the safest place a child can call home. Through sleepless nights, endless therapies, silent battles, and beautiful victories — your love remains constant.
You celebrate progress when others only see obstacles.
You choose hope, every single day.
Today, we honor the strength, patience, and unconditional love of every autism mom.
Not all heroes wear capes — some hold tiny hands and fight battles with endless love.
Happy Mother’s Day to the mothers who battle with grace and love with all their heart. 💙

🌺 Happy Rabindra Jayanti! 🌺
Today we celebrate the wisdom, creativity, and boundless compassion of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore.
His words speak directly to our hearts at Happy to Learn Autism:
✨ “A butterfly counts not months but moments, and has time enough.” ✨
This is exactly what we believe about your child’s journey.
Every moment matters. Every small victory counts. And when we meet your child with patience, understanding, and genuine care — magic happens.
Tagore taught us that true education awakens the soul — it doesn’t force it. At Happy to Learn Autism, that’s our promise too.
We work with parents, teachers, and children to build an inclusive, compassionate world where every child is valued for who they are.
Whether your child is autistic, neurodivergent, or learning differently — there’s a place for them here. And there’s a place for you, too.
💙 Together, let’s build a world where every mind is celebrated.

When your own home grows beyond its walls — that is not competition. That is expansion. 🌏
We are incredibly proud to share that Susmita Das, QASP-S, IBA, RBT — the ABA Head and Director of Happy to Learn Autism, Kolkata — has been welcomed by Ingenious Care Limited, Bangladesh as their ABA Supervisor.
And she will be doing what she does best — remotely, from Kolkata, across borders.
This collaboration is a reflection of everything Happy to Learn Autism stands for: that ethical, evidence-based, compassionate ABA should not be limited by geography. Susmita has spent 14+ years building a practice rooted in data, empathy, and deep respect for every family she serves. That the team at Ingenious Care Limited recognised this — and reached across a border for it — says everything.
As an organisation, we have always believed that quality supervision changes the trajectory of an entire team. When the supervisor is right, every child in the system benefits. Every parent is better supported. Every therapist grows into a more reflective clinician.
That is what Susmita carries into Ingenious Care Limited. Not just credentials. A culture.
From Kolkata 🇮🇳 — and now extending into Dhaka 🇧🇩 — Happy to Learn Autism continues to believe that borders should never be barriers to best practice.
We are proud of you, Susmita ma'am. Go reshape possibilities. 🙏
We don’t just welcome expertise—we welcome impact. And that’s exactly what Susmita Das brings to our team.

🎤Advocacy & Integrity Focus: Your Child, Their Future, Our Mission 🧩
In the world of intervention, there is no substitute for a parent’s touch. You are more than a bystander in your child's progress—you are their primary advocate, their first teacher, and ultimately, the best therapist they will ever have.
When professional expertise meets a parent’s intuition, the results are life-changing. But it is vital to keep the focus where it belongs: on the child.
A few reminders for families navigating this path:
👉Protect the Process: This is a holistic journey, not a business transaction. Ensure the care your child receives remains centered on their unique needs, dignity, and growth—not just a bottom line.
👉Trust Your Strength: Never underestimate the impact you have. Professionals are here to provide the roadmap, but you are the one driving the daily progress that leads to long-term success.
👉Value True Dedication: Look for the "invisible" work. The most impactful professionals are often the ones working long after the session clock stops—analyzing data, refining goals, and proactively planning for your child’s future. They don't wait for a problem to arise; they use their expertise to stay three steps ahead.
This journey is personal because it’s your child. Surround yourselves with a team that values that bond as much as you do.

The most important part of this workshop wasn’t what I taught.
It was what the parents asked.
On 25th April, I served as Chief ABA Speaker at a Parents Awareness Workshop organised by Ingenious Care Education (Bangladesh) 🇧🇩 — joining virtually from Kolkata.
For 1.5 hours, we spoke about what ABA actually is — what it looks like when it’s done with care and dignity, and how it can be used in real daily life, not just in a clinic.
And then the Q&A opened.
Parents asked about meltdowns at home.
About what to do when their child isn’t speaking yet.
About how to talk to a school that doesn’t understand behaviour.
About whether they’re doing enough.
Over 14+ years in this field, I’ve learned something very clearly:
the most effective intervention is not a technique — it’s an informed parent.
But what stayed with me wasn’t just the questions.
It was the courage behind them.
Because these weren’t casual questions.
They were coming from parents who are trying, learning, adjusting — and still showing up.
And that matters more than anything we teach in a session.
Turning challenges into communication is not a strategy.
It’s a shift in how we understand behaviour.
When a parent understands the *why* behind their child’s behaviour, everything shifts.
Not because the hard moments disappear —
but because they are no longer facing them alone or in confusion.
To every parent who attended — thank you for your honesty and trust.
To Ingenious Care Education — thank you for making this conversation possible across borders. This is what access to ethical, compassionate ABA should look like.
If you're a parent trying to make sense of behaviour at home, I share practical, step-by-step strategies here regularly. You're always welcome to follow along.
