This is not a poster. It is a congealed quintessence of sweat, blood and tears. It is an invitation to a poetry clinic, the first of its kind in Kolkata (I hope).

It is also a tribute to the tenacity of my friendship with Bell Jar, who shouldered the responsibility equally, as powerful, independent women often do.

Today is the day we find out if our blood, sweat, tears and tenacity are good enough. Join us for the first ever chapter of Healing Words, at Surfiré The Coastal Café. Eminent psychologist Nilanjana Chatterjee will sit in conversation with Sujoy Prosad Chatterjee. Come for the talk, stay for the poetry. Like it, hate it, love it, let us know at the venue.

In light of the recent events, Abhishek Sur Chowdhury is being requested to contact the people who have already offered to help him.
Abhishek, your medicines and groceries are waiting for you. Please collect them from the concerned people. Your reluctance on that part, coupled with your insistence upon getting cash, is raising eyebrows and justifiably so.
Till you clarify everything with the concerned people who have already helped you and are waiting for you to respond, please refrain from posting appeals for cash on this group.

Abhishek Sur Chowdhury, a classmate of ours, is in dire need of financial support. The lockdown has been particularly unkind to him. Is there a way we can help him out? He needs to pay his rent, buy medicines and essential groceries.

Can we, as ex students and fellows, do something for him?
