Our Story
One of the great spiritual leader has quoted “Education and knowledge should never be used to simply fulfil our greed. When people use the knowledge they acquire to satisfy their greed, the society ends up being in a big mess” At PARTHA we believe teaching to be a noble profession, unlike any other coaching institute it is not motivated by some individual to fulfill some personal gain. On our teaching/training depends the future of not only a young boy or a girl, but the whole of the nation, as these young people under our care, have a dream to fulfill, a dream not only for self aggrandizement or to win through rigors of IIT-JEE, but to do something valuable for their society and nation at large. Teaching at PARTHA is not just school teaching or supplementing their studies; it aims at inculcating in students the faculty of resolution, deeper understanding, quick response, and executing them with perfection. A simple school teacher will not fit in such a role, but a dedicated teacher, with zeal, enthusiasm, a missionary spirit and exemplary courage and vision only can fill the slot. These aims can be achieved not in isolation but through a joint effort of the Management all Faculty members and Support Staff. Intellectual education influences the head and value-based education influences the heart. In fact, education that does not train the heart can be dangerous. If we want to build character in our offices, homes, society and nation, we must have the wisdom to live a principle-centred life based on honesty, compassion, courage, responsibility etc. Winston Churchill said, “The first duty of a university is to teach wisdom, not trade; character, not technicalities.” Educated persons are those who can choose wisely and courageously under any circumstances between good and bad, between virtuousness and vulgarities regardless of the academic degrees they have. The goal of PARTHA is to achieve all that is mentioned by creating a culture of personal attention on each of the potential candidates. N.Nikhil (Director)
