Since its inception on 3rd January, 1933, when it began its great odyssey , Dum Dum Krishna Kumar Hindu Academy has come a long way , fulfilling its noble mission of man -making education . Over the years this hallowed seat of learning has produced innumerable gifted minds who have brought glory to our nation. Let us on this occasion recall with a debt of gratitude the revered philomath Sri Karuna Kishore Kargupta, the founder of the institution , and work for its all-round progress.
