In the environment of ever changing world with the introduction of new & complex financial products, the need of the hour is to develop the ability of a common man to make them understand in the language which they can understand and to make them equipped to take educated and informed decisions about their own investment, so that they can reach their Life’s Goals comfortably.
It involves imparting knowledge about the risk and return of the prevailing financial products and to make them clearly understand that there is a world beyond “Fixed Deposits” and “Insurance”. The first step is to make them Financial Literate & Aware. The significance of Financial Literacy can also be gauged with the fact that India came 14th out of 16 countries in the Asia-Pacific region in Master Card’s Survey, 2016. The emerging silver lining out of this gloomy picture is the determination of SEBI, Mutual Fund Companies, NSDC & other Govt. agencies to address this urgent need.
We have formed this Company, Value You, in order to fulfill this yawning gap by imparting the required knowledge on Financial Literacy, Awareness & Financial Education. We have been designing and executing Financial Literacy workshops in the various field of Financial & Capital Markets. Our attempt through our content and way of presentation is to simplify the entire concept in the language in which a layman person is able to understand. We strongly believe it is not only about what you teach, but how effective you teach.
We have been imparting essential knowledge & skills through IAPs, Workshops & Classes to various PSUs, Armed Forces, Colleges and various Companies since last 3 years. Some of the names are : DRDO, Binnaguri Army Cantonment, Ichapore Rifle Factory, SAIL, National Insurance, CMRI Hospitals, Haldia Petrochemicals, Wipro Infotech, ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, S&T Mining (Sail-Tata JV), The Astor, Pipal Tree Hotels, The Sonnet, A Tosh & Sons, IISWBM, Jadavpur University, Army Institute of Management, Globsyn, Heritage and in more than 20 other Colleges. We both are faculty of Calcutta Stock Exchange & Calcutta University to impart training on all the subjects of Capital Markets.
Our conviction comes from our experience. The core team of Value You comprises of industry veterans having versatile & a collective experience of more than 32 years. Manoj Garg, MBA, CPFA &, NISM CPE Trainer has a rich experience of more than 21 years in the Banking & Finance Industry. He has also worked long years as Zonal Head – Investment Division in ICICI Bank & IDBI Bank and as Regional Vice President of Tata Mutual Fund, thereby obtaining an exhaustive & in-depth knowledge in the all aspects of Financial Industry.
Farha Zeba, a NSE Certified Market Professional (NCMP) – Level 1, Certified Trainer with scores of Professional degrees is enriched with 11 years of core Banking & AMC experience spanning from IDBI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank to Tata Mutual Fund.
We request you to allow us to undertake Financial Education & Awareness Session for Your Team / Colleagues / Organisational members. The ideal participant strength should be between 25-30 in a session. We will give the training in your office as per your convenient day & time. We can also incorporate your valued input & suggestions to make this session more effective. The duration of this training will be between 2 – 3 hours.
