Indian private airline company Akasa Air is expanding its operations to Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other South Asian countries. They have added new aircraft, reaching a total of 20, qualifying for international flights. Akasa Air is also the first Asian airline to include Boeing's '737 Max-8-200 series aircraft in its fleet. They aim to hire 800 new workers as they prepare to start international services.
