Under the esteemed guidance of the Principal of St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata, Rev. Fr. Dr. Dominic Savio SJ, the Xaverian Education Society (XES) of the Department of Education will organise a Food Fest on the 20.2.24 from 11am to 2pm in the Big Parlour, to showcase the rich and unique culinary diversity of India. While the delectable escapade is in and itself a draw, the major aim of this lip- smacking venture is imbued with the more nuanced purpose of promoting a profound understanding of the plethora of palates that define our nation, and ultimately rouse a deep well of appreciation and empathy for the different cultures because these are the very differences that embody and differentiate our country from the rest.
