The school was started with the name "Calcutta Muslim High School" at Ram Lochan Mallick Street,(Phal Mandi of Machua Bazar)Calcutta.After that it was shifted to its present address at 9B, Bolai Dutta Street,Kolkata -700073.

Transfer Certificate ( Generated by Banglar Shiksha Portal for the students of WBBSE & Madrasah Board) / (For Private school issued by school authority)
Migration Certificate (Only for who will apply from other State boards. It must submitted within 2months from the date of admission)
Aadhar Card Xerox
Bank Pass Book Xerox (Account should have within West Bengal)
Caste / OBC Certificate (if any)
BPL Card (if any)
Disability Certificate (if any)
Admission Fee Rs/-2100 (Consolidated)
