Vedula Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata, is seeking an experienced Non-Ferrous Foundry / Metallurgical Consultant or professional to support the planning, ex*****on and commissioning of a new copper alloy foundry project.
๐น Engagement Options
1. Individual Consultant โ Contractual Engagement
An experienced professional who can independently support the project across the required technical and ex*****on areas.
๐ฐ Indicative compensation: โน75,000โโน2,00,000 per month, depending on experience, expertise and deliverables.
2. Technical Professional โ Employment Opportunity
An experienced professional to support the project in technical planning, project ex*****on and preparation of technical specifications. Based on suitability and performance, the professional may subsequently be considered for a full-time position at the new foundry.
๐ฐ Indicative CTC: โน75,000โโน2,00,000 per month, depending on experience and responsibilities.
๐น Key Requirements & Scope of Work
We are looking for professionals with experience in:
โข Preparation of detailed bankable project reports for copper/non-ferrous foundries for Government approvals and internal planning.
โข Design and commissioning of copper alloy foundries and experience with copper casting projects of various capacities.
โข Exposure to EPC/turnkey foundry projects or OEMs supplying foundry technology will be an advantage.
โข Preparation of foundry process and equipment flow charts, including detailed equipment specifications.
โข Development of specifications for plant auxiliaries and associated systems.
โข Preparation of plant layouts, including civil and structural design and engineering for sheds and buildings.
โข Preparation of RFQ specifications, technical requirements and commercial terms.
โข Technical evaluation of equipment and vendor proposals received against RFQs.
โข Coordination with and monitoring of the plant EPC contractor to ensure proper project ex*****on.
โข Planning and supervision of plant er****on and commissioning, ensuring the plant achieves operational readiness and rated production capacities.
