Reposting from a time (pre Covid) when I was commissioned to do a quick portrait of Raveena ji on a private visit to Kolkata. Her flight got delayed and we had just a few minutes to pull off a couple of shots.
Her daughter Rasha, who must have been a kid of 12-13, kept on peeking out from time to time to see the going-ons.

I remember the parting line from Raveena ji -“Please make me look good like your other models!”

As the gen-z’s would say, “Mother ate, and how!”
