** CRITICAL NOTICE FOR ALL MEMBERS **

It has come to our notice through multiple social media platforms that an event has been planned and publicly announced without any prior meeting, consultation, or approval from the Executive Committee. Such unilateral action constitutes a serious breach of the Association’s democratic procedures and established norms. As per the Association’s constitution and long-standing practice, all major events—particularly those involving finances, logistics, public communication, and representation of the Association—must be formally discussed, approved, and recorded in an official Executive Committee meeting.

In light of this violation, the Executive Committee hereby declares that the said event is entirely unauthorized and bears no approval, endorsement, or association with the Mitra Institution (Main) Alumni Association Executive Committee. The Committee categorically states that this event must not be represented as an official alumni programme under any circumstances, and the Executive Committee shall not bear any responsibility arising from it.
