Under the expert guidance of Purnima Ma’am, our aspiring educators explore the Montessori Wooden Sound Boxes, a key Sensorial material designed to refine a child’s auditory perception. Through engaging, hands-on activities, children listen carefully to paired cylinders, matching and grading sounds from soft to loud, often working in silence to heighten their sense of hearing.

This enriching experience sharpens auditory discrimination, concentration, and memory while introducing early concepts of comparison, grading, and sequencing. As children interact with the Sound Boxes, they develop keen listening skills, independence, and a deeper awareness of the sounds in their environment.
