We are extremely proud to announce that our B.Tech students of ECE Department - passout batch 2024, successfully presented their Final Year Project as a Research Paper at the IEEE Wireless, Antenna, and Microwave Symposium International Conference (WAMS 2025), held at IIIT DM Kancheepuram, Chennai, on (5 - 8th) June 2025. The paper, titled “Compact Design of All-Metal Luneburg Lens Antenna with Improved Beam Switching Features”, was honored with the Best Paper Award in the Antenna Track.

Our students (Utsa Purkayastha, Siddhartha Roy, Padmanabha Chakraborty and Ankita Ghatak) were felicitated at the conference and received prize money, a plaque, certificates, and warm appreciation from the research community for their outstanding work.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to their guide, Dr. Koushik Dutta, for his constant support, mentorship, and invaluable guidance throughout this remarkable journey.

This achievement is a proud moment for the department and a true testament to the hard work, dedication, and innovative spirit of our students.
