A month to this colorful evening of Music, Rhythm and Dance at Gyan Mancha - Parampara. To quote the words of Maestro Bickram Ghosh:

"The learning apparatus of Indian classical music is the Guru-Shishya Parampara."

This concert was a manifestation of the same. From showstopping dance performances by Jaya Seal Ghosh and senior teachers of the academy to a beautiful Tabla Ensemble led by the Maestro himself featuring his senior students, the show became a major milestone in our journey. And it's just the beginning!

Recently, there was a big concert of the Bickram Ghosh Academy of Performing Arts at Gyan Mancha, Kolkata, titled Parampara. What was the vision behind this musical ensemble that has clearly, so far, been a success?
