এক অনবদ্য ওয়ার্কশপ। যেখানে নবাবী খানার খুশবুর সাথে মিঠে আতরের মতন মেশে Rupashree Halder এর অগাধ জ্ঞান। ভারতীয় কুইজিনের প্রতিটি উপকরণই যে আসলে এক একটা ইতিহাস, তা রূপশ্রীর সাথে থাকলে বোঝা যায়। বোঝা যায় কেন ফুড হিস্ট্রি আজ এত জনপ্রিয় বিষয়। রূপশ্রী মুগ্ধ করে, রূপশ্রী স্তব্ধ করে । আর ওর হাতের আওধি রান্নার যা স্বাদ, বিশ্বাস করুন, মুখে লেগে আছে।
কাল ছিলো, নবাবী মোতি পোলাউ,শাহী ভারওয়ান মুর্গ, আলিশান কুন্দন কালিয়া আর আওধি মুখ মিঠা।

Every ingredient of Indian cuisine is actually having a history, you will understand if you are with Rupshree. It is understandable why food history is such a popular subject today. Rupashree fascinates, Rupashree stuns. And the taste of Awadhi cooking by her hands, believe me, it's heavenly.
