As part of the PM-AJAY (Pradhan Mantri Anusuchit Jaati Abhyuday Yojana) initiative, CMI Learning & Development Pvt. Ltd., an NSDC Training Partner, successfully conducted a Skill & Employment Mela & Career Counselling Programme at Radhakantapur Gram Panchayat, Mathurapur-II, South 24 Parganas, on 16 June 2026.

The programme provided career counselling, promoted skill development and employment opportunities, and created awareness about vocational education, digital literacy, soft skills and government skilling initiatives.

285 aspiring candidates participated, taking an important step towards building sustainable careers.

CMI L&D Foundation, in collaboration with Reach India Trust, successfully conducted the Certificate Distribution Ceremony under the ITC Mission Sunehra Kal (MSK) Programme at ITC Khidirpur.

A total of 85 candidates were awarded certificates, marking an important milestone in their skill development and employability journey. We congratulate all successful participants and wish them continued success in their future careers.

Building pathways from skills to sustainable livelihoods.

CMI Learning & Development was proud to be part of the ITC Mission Sunehra Kal – Job Fair 2026, held on 3rd February 2026 at Don Bosco Tech Society, Nitika Don Bosco, Kolkata.

Organised under the ITC Mission Sunehra Kal initiative and supported by multiple stakeholders, the job fair brought together skilled youth and employers on a common platform—creating meaningful opportunities for placement, career guidance, and industry interaction.

From the inaugural ceremony to active employer–candidate interactions, the event reflected a shared commitment towards employability, inclusion, and skill-led growth.

We thank ITC Mission Sunehra Kaal, and Don Bosco Tech Society, partner organisations, participating employers, and the enthusiastic candidates for making this initiative impactful and purposeful.
